Digital Paintings

I like to listen to lots of audiobooks. I first started when my commute to work took a little over an hour each day, and realized I can only listen to so much of the same music. I became hooked on some great fiction books, and started listening all the time. I would listen and get ideas of things to draw and sketch them. Eventually, I decided to take some of those sketches into a digital painting. I've been trying to teach myself to paint digitally for a while now, and this seemed like the perfect excuse to sit down in front of my computer and go! Some of these are from a book called The Crown of Shadows, which has been featured on the author C. S. Lewis's website to my great honor!
